We are a diversified firm serving quality-conscious clients in Manhattan, southern New York and northern New Jersey. The partnership joins two seasoned veterans: Richard Bonanomi and Richard Bennett, both former principals in Manhattan architectural firms, both experienced with demanding clients and with complex, sophisticated buildings.

We are proud of our long-standing relationship with New York University where, for 20 years, we have been asked to come back again and again. In fact, we are expert at schools at all levels. And we design health care facilities, commercial, non-profit, and public sector buildings.

Our residential work includes custom homes, luxury apartment interiors and multiple dwellings. In recent years we have developed numerous townhouse communities and their related land plans.

You might also want to know that we are architects to The Englewood Housing Authority. We provide pro-bono services to Habitat for Humanity both in Bergen County and Hudson County. And we develop affordable housing in association with United Way.
