Redesign of this pre-war, park-view apartment required complete redesign and reconstruction to meet the programmatic requirements of a private art dealer and her family.

The foyer serves as a gallery for the owner's contemporary art collection and also serves as a formal dining room for large dinner parties.

Long, continuous wall surfaces radiate from the gallery to a formal living room and an informal dining/kitchen.
