The Benjamin Hotel

Renovation to Hospitality High-rise

This venerable building in New York City was completely gutted and rebuilt to reflect a "boutique-suites" type hotel concept. Exterior limestone incorporating arches on the bottom two floors was completely re-crafted including sculptures at the keystone location in the form of owls and pelicans.

Richard Bonanomi led the architectural design and construction documents team for this structure. The Architect of Record was Ronald Schmidt Associates of Englewood, NJ.
