667 Madison Avenue

Twenty-four story Office Tower

An all-new office building bordering the Madison Avenue Historic District, this structure was cited as "Best of the Year" by the New York Times. It presents tall, double-story retail space at its base and twenty-two floors of high-end office area above.

Floors at the lower levels meet the street line and continue the look of this well-known shopping strip. Terraces on the sixth and ninth floors mimic the cornice line of historic buildings to the North. A gray granite facade trimmed with black metal, including classic columns, maintains an air of dignity and refinement.

While retail spaces face Madison Avenue, the lobby fronts on 62nd Street. This high-ceilinged room features limestone walls, rich marble floors, and mahogany wood trim. A custom-designed building logo is used as a decorative device in the wood of the lobby desk, the stainless steel of the lobby elevator doors, and the painted metal of the exterior terrace railings.

Richard Bonanomi led the architectural design and construction documents team for this structure. The Architect of Record was Helpern Architects of New York City.
